To give an update about my trip to the US...yes, I'm still having a good time. Although, I have been very busy since day 1 and I'm getting a little pooped out. This next week looks like it will slow down a bit, though.
During my first week, I have been visiting with friends and my dad a lot. Also, we had a shopping list of items for me to try and find and take back with me...for all of us. So, I spent much of my time visiting different stores, looking for different things. I'm such a horrible shopper. I knew that I would need to get this stuff done in the first week because there would be items I had forgotten or items I would need to return. Sure enough...I have visited many stores 2-3 times already. Ugh...
I finally found the pyrite at the gem show that I had been searching for...for the last nine years. So, that was definitely a highlight.
The time I have been spending with my friends AND my dad has been so wonderful and has gone a long way to recharging my batteries. I miss the kiddos though and I will be very happy to hug and kiss them when I return. Hopefully, they will have a few for me too.
Tomorrow, I go out to bask under the deep blue sky and commune with nature with my girlfriends. I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday here in my small town. And then, of course, we will be back to party in front of the TV, watching the Superbowl! Go Cardinals!

I am still in the states, would like to get a list of hospital for international patients because we will make a trip to Shanghai to find a place to live, and prefer to be near an expat hospital.
